The gift voucher may be for a chosen treatment or for monetary value. All gift vouchers may be redeemed for a preferred treatment, spa package or product unless a Promo Gift Voucher supplied by Sensatio for a specific treatment or product. For those that have chosen to have the gift voucher made up for a specific menu item, it is reassuring to know that if the recipient would rather another treatment, spa package or product the gift voucher maybe utilised for their preferred choice up to the same value of the specified item on their gift voucher.
Please note that all gift vouchers are fully transferable so if the recipient is unable to utilise their voucher it may be gifted on.

Redeeming a Sensatio Gift Voucher for treatments

When redeeming a gift voucher, please ensure that you have your gift voucher number available when booking. On the day of appointment, please ensure that you have the voucher with you to allow presentation prior to the commencement of treatment.

Redeeming a Sensatio Gift Voucher for Products
&!nbsp!;
Gift vouchers may also be redeemed for organicspa products, which can be arranged either by appointment or by placing a phone order for delivery. If placing a phone order, please be aware that the cost of delivery will form part of the total purchase price. For more information on organicspa products please see the “Product” section of this website.

Sensatio Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

The gift voucher expiry date will be listed clearly on the gift voucher, as per Australian Consumer Laws 1/11/2019.
Gift vouchers must be redeemed prior to the expiry date noted on the voucher.
Gift vouchers purchased for a chosen treatment/spa pack will have the value at the time of purchase listed on the voucher. Prices are subject to change, without notice, and any such price increase will be incurred at the time of treatment.
All gift voucher bookings will be confirmed by text requesting a return response confirmation from the bearer of the gift voucher.
24 hours notice is required to amend, reschedule or cancel your allocated booking. If the required 24 hours notice is not given, the full value of the gift voucher may be deemed void.
If the bearer of the gift voucher fails to arrive for the allocated booking time, and in the absence of the required notice of contact from the bearer prior to the appointment, the full value of the gift voucher may be deemed void.
Gift vouchers may be redeemed on any day that forms part of the operating hours for Sensatio, unless otherwise stipulated.
Gift vouchers may be redeemed for any Sensatio menu item or organicspa product up to the full value of the specified monetary value, treatment or spa package.
All Sensatio Gift Vouchers are fully transferable.
Gift voucher may not be redeemed for cash.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
