General

To ensure your experience is one of complete relaxation and tranquillity, Sensatio has
established a child free environment and as such does not provide child care facilities.

I also ask that guests please turn off their mobile phone or place it on aeroplane mode prior to entering Sensatio.

As a unique benefit of Sensatio is the personalised private experience, Sensatio is not open direct to the public and is by appointment only.

Making an Appointment

Credit card or gift voucher details are required to secure your treatment at the time of booking.

If you are planning to visit on a weekend, it is recommended booking 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

When redeeming a gift voucher, on the day of treatment please ensure that you have the

voucher with you to allow presentation prior to commencing.

Prior to Appointment

For best results we recommend you avoid shaving or waxing two days prior to any facial or body treatments.

Recommend eating a light meal prior to treatment, avoiding large, heavy meals.

Avoid any stimulants including drugs, alcohol, energy or caffeinated products.

Parking

Please ensure that you park in the parking space provided in the driveway.

Arrival Time

Please ensure that you arrive at your scheduled treatment time, as there is an allowance of extra time worked into all appointments to allow you to complete the necessary consultation form prior to your treatment. There is also time factored in to give you the benefit of further relaxation after your treatment to enjoy the ambience of our bamboo garden and water feature prior to entering the real world again.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late will limit the time allocated for your treatment;

it will lessen the effectiveness and just as importantly impact your pleasure and enjoyment.

As a courtesy to all our clients, treatments are completed as scheduled.

Attire

You will not require any special clothing during your visit, just wear something comfortable.

If you are indulging in treatments that involve the shower and/or bath you may wish to

bring along a pair of thongs for your own comfort. For Body Wrap treatments, disposable g-string underwear

will be made available or you may prefer to bring along underwear specifically for this purpose being

aware that product may come in contact with the underwear.

For your personal comfort, modesty and privacy are taken into consideration during

all treatments utilising draping techniques with towels to ensure that at no stage are you fully exposed.

Treatments are to be conducted free of jewellery so please leave any valuables at home.

For those coming directly from work you may choose to bring

along a comfortable change of clothing for after your treatment.

Health Considerations

You will be asked to complete a confidential consultation form prior to your treatment.

This form is to assist in determining the best possible treatment for your individual needs.

Some pre-existing conditions may prevent you from having a specific treatment or may require

that the treatment type be adjusted to ensure your well-being.

Please answer this form honestly and accurately.

In order to protect yourself, the therapist and other guests, if you have cold or flu symptoms you may be refused treatment. If you are contagious please be considerate of others and stay at home, ensuring you provide notice for the cancellation of your appointment.

Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, varicose veins, who are pregnant, or have health conditions are advised to consult their doctor prior to seeking spa services. At time of booking, please inform us of your medical conditions including pregnancy, as some services may not be suitable.
